- Sasha ChinnayaFebruary 22, 2018I really like the environment. it’s chill and artsy in a very simple, comforting way. I think it’s the space, the art hanging up and of course the treats! green tea matcha waffle is 😍 ;teas = amazing
- My favorite cafe in Manhattan. Get the Hodduk, matcha jasmine latte, or mango shaved ice. A great space for meeting w/ friends.Upvoted Oct 5
- Toby's estate & sight class coffee can be found - heaven for coffee lovers in Ktown. I was initially attracted to the place by its art, but oh boy the soy latte is one of the best! Say hi to Annabelle
- The milk and honey shaved snow ice was incredible! The "snow" is creamier than normal shaved ice and the combination of tapioca pearls with honey was amazing! The jasmine milk tea was great too.
- Beril EsenJuly 28, 2017Delicious and highly filling Korean desserts. The O.G. was delicious. Next time I come back, I promised myself to try the Elixir and a ho-dduk. Come in a big group so that you can try all!
- Xeolly VzétoDecember 29, 2017The waffles here are amazing! There's a lot of seats so you won't be waiting in line for a long time. Very lively place and service is good. Mochi waffle was $11 and the matcha waffle was $10.
- The desserts here are stellar. Recommended: cookie monster shaved ice. It's so, so good. My friend also loved the mango madness shaved ice.
- Christine TranSeptember 9, 2016Best warm treats: Hodduck and Hong Kong French Toast. Best cold treats: O.G. and Mango Madness shaved snow.
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍July 9, 2018Desserts with an Asian twist along with friendly service & tons of space. The rose latte, shaved ice or butterfly lemonade probably brought you here, now that you're here there's so much more to sample
- Honghui YuMay 17, 2018Delicious shaved snow that comes in three flavors (black sesame, green tea and sweet milk) and a diverse range of toppings. You can either create your own and order one of their signature combos.
- Love what they have done with this place! With the added long tables and couches, one of the largest (and cleanest) cafe spots in the city. Bring your laptop, order a coffee and a hodduk, and chill!
- The Ho-Dduk is really yummy! Cinnamon doughnut with vanilla ice cream! The Shaved snow here is the best that I've had in New York. But not quite as light and fluffy as other places I've had it.
- AnthonyJanuary 11, 2017Spacious and fast service. Desserts are perfect for sharing especially after dinner. Coffee and tea are top notch. Try their matcha ice cream waffle
- Best patbingsoo I've ever had! Shaved ice is so soft and creamy. Hodduk (Korean beignet/mochi fusion) with ice cream also a must try.
- LaylaOctober 18, 2019Asian dessert heaven! The ice shavings look amazing although quite pricey! Get the 2 scoop matcha ice cream for 5$ for a cheaper option ;)
- Frederick AquinoFebruary 4, 2012Ho-dduk is excellent! Korean pancake stuffed with brown sugar and walnut filling. Warm, gooey, soft, crunchy and not too sweet. It's like a Korean style sticky bun. Very comforting!
- Mini mochi - you get to choose 4 from vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, mango, coffee, black sesame and green tea. (Highly recommend the last 4)
- Polina WeitzSeptember 12, 2022Huge space, open late (sometimes overrun by teens...), with solid desserts, Korean and others (I loved the basque cheesecake!). Seating is at communal tables and it can get loud.
- Jean 💜September 15, 2014The toasted black sesame shaved snow ice is not like the typical 팥빙수 (paht bing soo, aka Korean shaved ice) but is like the Taiwanese snow dessert. The texture is more akin to an airier sherbert.
- I enjoyed their affogato and the waffle green tea ice cream. Go lounge on the couch with friends while enjoying your sweets :)
- Absolutely divine chocolate waffles with vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍😍
- Serious EatsAugust 12, 2013Beautiful, spacious cafe with great Korean doughnuts (ho-dduk) best topped with ice cream.
- Alyssa B.September 26, 2021The Basque burnt cheesecake is creamy, balanced by the subtle burnt top, not overwhelmingly rich or dense. Also cool how it comes in mini cakes
- David SohnSeptember 5, 2013This type of ho-dduk has been really popular in Seoul. Not the typical ho-dduk griddle fried from a street cart but what you find in a nice cafe in Apgujeong or Garosu-gil... light, airy, and refined.
- John ADecember 20, 2014Excellent vibe, leather couches, lively clients, very handsome waiters. Recommend: chocolate croissant and the sweet potato latte.
- Maggie LiuJuly 22, 2013A great space for two or a big group (super comfy sofas)! Must try the hodduk - it's fried unlike the traditional hodduk but still has the brown sugar nutty yumminess.
- Wonderful, quaint and gigantic space to catch some calm in midtown. Outlets aplenty, but no wifi. Get the ho-dduk and catch up with a friend here!
- Sue EllenNovember 11, 2017So much space to do work in! The problem is they don’t have WiFi. Loved their latte and their Korean main dessert
- Best coffee in k town. Love spending early mornings here when it's not too crowded w great company of chill die music playlist #mochaaffogato
- Victoria MazzukiOctober 18, 2016Easily the most spacious coffee shop in NYC. The coffee and food are both great, but I come for the snow!
- I've had the mocha, americano, and affogato, all of which were excellent. Try the ho dduk if you need something sweet. Can get crowded on the weekends.
- Sarah KimDecember 20, 2019Overpriced dessert but people come here more for the vibe to lounge, connect, talk than just eat & leave. Love their altruistic ideals & philanthropic intentions, so I don’t mind paying the extra $$$
- Danielle WilliamsNovember 3, 2013The hot blackcurrant tea is amazing and there are plenty of plug outlets! Only thing it's missing is wifi, but otherwise, this is the perfect place to hang and have a coffee.
- Kaity ChanFebruary 28, 2015Huge coffee cup definitely worth the price and desserts are very unique even though its jus another invention of older ones or something simple like an oreo cookie
- christian svanes koldingMarch 3, 2014caveat emptor, there's an undercurrent of evangelical christianity here, confirmed by my colleague who went to christian schools as a kid. same vibe, she says. the coffee is good, as are the ho-dduk.
- warm and welcoming ambiance with great coffee and desserts. go for the hodduk or the shaved ice.
- Rudxandra AguiarDecember 12, 2014Loved it! Their jasmine milk tea is delicious - hot cocoa in Korea town.. I'll take it. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable sitting.

- The Corcoran GroupFebruary 17, 2012When they re-open in May 2012, you have to stop in and get a delicious Green Tea Latte with an AMAZING ho-dduk!
- Susan LaiJanuary 31, 2020Oat milk matcha latte. Matcha Beignet w/matcha ice cream. 8 fluffy beignets - enough for 2. Hits the sweet tooth without being too sweet.
- NoviNovember 5, 2019Everything is just amazing! The honey bread with boba around is surprisingly goooood!
- No Wifi, but it is super spacious, excellent for meetups, and has the best donuts you'll ever taste.
- Yifen JOctober 12, 2013Ho-dduk? Get at it. Delicious, hot, made to order donut filled w a cinnamon-y syrup and crushed walnuts. Very sweet, but perfect w coffee.
- Donna YeeSeptember 2, 2015Yes the hodduk is delicious but you should also check out the churro waffle. It's drool worthy.
- the green tea shaved ice is a real treat. comes w/ a scoop of red bean ice cream & mochi :)
