I loved the steak tartare. But Gravity is all about the alchemy of food and wine together, so ask for a recommendation. I went with the Pinot from the French Backback flight (worth a tip on its own).

Among the many crowded bars in downtown PA, this place will generally have a spot where you can grab a table, a wine flight and cheese plate. You can almost always grab a reservation same day on OT!

Last night was great. Tonight, bartender less attentive, and gave a bad pour on my wine- just because you finish the end of a bottle doesn't mean my glass is full.

Stick with the wine. Cocktail quality is highly dependent on who's working.

Agreed. Go to wine room instead. But the wine room doesn't have meals. Food is good at Gravity. Wine list is improving....a little
