- Most of the staff aren't aware of the snowshoe trails in detail. Head left at the pond past the cat tracks and look for the orange circles saying "SSG". Follow those to the top!

- In the Men's washroom the first sink has n'ice cold water from the tap which is great to cool down with after a grind! The other sinks are cool to warm.

- Take the Grind for 60 minutes of hard-core cardio ... about 3000 steps straight up.
