This critically-acclaimed Williamsburg restaurant serves modern American fare. Although some of chef Justin Hilbert's creations might look avant-garde, all of his dishes pack a lot of flavor.

Whiskey bread and lamb tongue were flawless. My duck was a little chewy and earthy tasting (same for the broccoli rabe on the beef entre) but plating here is beyond fantastic!

Truly amazing food. I rarely order chicken, but theirs was one of the best I have ever had. The way each dish is conceived to ensure the ingredients mix as well as possible is superb.

The rum-cake like whiskey bread could be eaten for both an appetizer and dessert (in the same seating!) The deliciously seasoned chicken w/ vegetables is also not to be missed.

Look up the reviews on this place. It's highly rated, and deserves it. Almost always have a duck entree on the menu—amazing. I'm not sure you can go wrong here. Whisky bread—really good.

A delightfully unpretentious—yet thoroughly Brooklyn—restaurant that aspires to be a great neighborhood spot but winds up being much, much more.

Great happy hour Mon - Aside from solid food, great Happy Hour! Mon-Thurs, 5-7pm. $4 drafts, $7 cocktails & $7 wines! Try the Wadsworth: beefeater gin, Luxardo Triplum, lemon, green chili, coriander.

Don’t be deterred by the kitchen’s unusual pairings: “This is food that’s meant to challenge you, which is presumably why the kitchen presents it as art.” Indeed, art that you're guaranteed to devour. Read more

Justin Hilbert works seasonal ingredients into modern compositions that have the impact of true originality. The tofu tells what you need to know about Mr. Hilbert’s independent streak.

Amazing and interesting food, that far excels the kind of crap front of house. Go for a date, it's the new Masten Lake.

The menu changes constantly to ensure that everything is fresh. On Sundays they have a 3 course prefix for $44 dollars that is an AMAZING deal.
