Make a 8:30 reservation so you can beat the 9:00 rush and still order that outstanding raymun which is only available after 9:00 pm. The skewers (chicken skin and pork belly) are terrific as well.

Trendy Korean, but more authentic than momofuku. Squid scallion pancakes, salmon sashimi salad, Korean spicy ramen served post 9pm, and the kimchi and brisket fried rice. Cocktail: Mae Sil Bramble.

We got garlic fried chicken, pork belly ssam set, and banchan and they were delicious! The vibe, service and the food were excellent. This place is one of the best hidden gems we discovered in NY

Monday nights are now Korean-Chinese nights. If you know what that is, you need to run there for this. Best Jjam-pong and chachangmyun ever! This menu has been offered 3 times and I've been twice!

Try the Sizzling Bibimbap or the Chicken Katsu. The Spicy Seafood Ramen is quite good. It's also a nice spot just for a drink. Make a reservation if you want to bring a big group to lunch.

Modern and trendy inside. Lunch special is on the pricier side but the sizzling bim bim bap is delicious. Worth it for the vibe and solid food.

Not cheap but good quality food! The menu is pretty small but with a decent sized drinks menu. Try the spicy seafood tofu stew!

The kimchi fried rice is a must! Get a side of spicy paste - it's 4 bucks and not on the menu but you can put it on EVERYTHING 🌶

Favorite dishes are all the "freshly killed" chicken dishes. AMAZING. So rich in flavor. Seafood pancake is also freaking delish. Other recs are the sashimi salad, pork skewers, ddukboki, and ramyun!

Love Chef Hooni Kim's approach to food here and at Danji. Must haves: rice cakes, fried chicken and spicy octopus. Will be back for fresh kill chicken wings and perilla pork action.

Delicious, but very pricey compared to your standard Korean restaurant. Be sure to get a reservation. You might get lucky if you do a walk-in, but it tends to fill up so you might need a back up plan.

They no longer have a 9pm ramen serving. But their seafood noodles are now a permanent entree -- and it's delicious. Not fishy at all -- perfect amount of spice.

Using the freshest, most local ingredients he can find, chef-owner Hooni Kim uses his classically trained cooking chops for a near-perfect rendition of Shin Ramyun, Korea’s answer to Cup Noodles.

The chef, Hooni Kim, serves pub grub with a pedigree: before setting out on his own, Kim worked in the kitchens at Daniel and Masa, and his first restaurant, Danji, earned a Michelin star.
