- Tonya MezrichSeptember 15, 2019The views, the presidential Skysuite (a 4 bedroom suite like none other!), the dinners at Roxana Bar, breakfast at Bettina’s and the hotel service, impeccable. Concierge makes your trip easy!
- Winter New Year's party, start of summer when it's a little chilly by the fire place w/ a drink, to their 4th of July party hanging w/ the band or on the porch.....I love everything about this place!
- Great birdwatching while you're looking at the lighthouse. Also, take the walk out to the lighthouse and enjoy the sunset. Or sunrise, whatever floats your boat.
- Avin NarasimhanJuly 4, 2017Property is a little dated for what you pay, but still a gorgeous place and an amazing location. Right on the water, and also just a quick 5 min walk into town
- May be only hotel in Edgartown w/ a pool. Rooms aren't amazing considering it rivals the cost of ritz or four seasons, but its the nicest in town. Eat breakfast on the porch to enjoy the gorgeous view
- Yuanwen LSeptember 5, 2014The most gorgeous hotel on the island, it over looks the light house. Catch the fourth of July fireworks from here you won't regret it.
- Try Water Street for breakfast in the morning, or henry's,the bar in the back, for late-night snacks and drinks.
- Werner SiekmannJune 13, 2016Other hotels at same prize level have larger rooms, service at the porch, even at warm summer evenings, is not available. Wine for porch sitting is - after self pick up - served in plastic cups
- Check out the lighthouse. Beach is pebbly rocks/shells underneath your feet, but excellent for wading out quite far. Bring surf shoes. View is gorgeous from hotel. Staff extremely friendly. Pool!
- Miles LesterDecember 5, 2011great turkey Ruben and daily specials- good desserts and quality speedy service, you will never wait for your food :)
- Great view of the lighthouse, grab a drink on the porch.
- Heated pool up to about 60-70degrees, sometimes warmer from the sun. Certainly beats swimming in the cold new England waters!
- A most beautiful porch w an equally view from which to enjoy for hours.
- Steve AnNovember 21, 2009best harbor view of cape pogue and best kept secret for food, reasonable prices, too, lunch and snacks at the bar
- Steve ZJuly 22, 2012This hotel is a dump. I've stayed at many Fairfield Inn's that are sadly, nicer than this hotel for a fraction of the price. Check out the rear stairway for a real experience!
