Epicurious: A former chef-to-the-(rock)stars now owns this charming dining room that spans culinary genres. Try Texas baby back ribs or lamb chops with Hunan sauce for an eclectic dining experiment.
Nicole Macias: Try the crab wontons. Bring your reciept back to your next visit and get cake free. Make sure to stop in the barefoot bar and have a lava flow with your feet in the sand!
Epicurious: One of the best wine lists in Maui can offer a perfect pairing with any of the New American dishes. Try the veal chop with risotto and wild mushrooms, or wild salmon fillet with local vegetables.
Tori Sodek: This place makes the most delicious pancakes and incredible fried rice! You have to try The Gazebo when in Maui! BTW- the view is spectacular!
Omid Ashtari: Really one of those unique places on earth. The terrain could be straight out of a sci-fi movie. If you can go either for sun set or sun rise as it's quite an amazing sight.
Omid Ashtari: On a day trip to Hana you should definitively stop at this black sand beach. Pretty amazing sight and good place to take a break from the drive.
Omid Ashtari: The wines here are certainly not comparable to those of any serious wineries, however they do have some signature wines (i.e. pineapple wine) that made the experience worthwhile.
