- One of the best gluten free menus. Their homemade gluten free bread is awesome - getting to order a GF grilled cheese out is something I've missed! The Bahn Mi is also great w/ the GF bread!

The best grilled cheese ever! Every time I come I think I'll try something different but then end up getting the grilled cheese anyway because I love it so much!
The vegan boneless "wings" with the lemongrass sauce are ridiculously delicious! I could eat it daily!
Sue Ehler PicciottiAugust 1, 2012An eclectic healthy menu...Lot of fresh herbs and creative dishes made with such amazing flavors...For those that have a create palette and appreciate good food!- Their gluten free menu is the best! They now offer gluten free bread on their sandwiches. They also use it for their flatbreads, which are awesome.
Roasted veggie flatbread on the starter menu is perfect for lunch. So yummy!

As if we were in the 1980's in the middle of Texas, Homegrown does not allow dancing at their venue. They bring in great bands and have reasonable drink specials but they have lost their charm. Congrt

Angel ChanelJuly 24, 2021They card adults.....like working not in college pretending to be adults adults🙄🙄. Newark literally has nothing open late night and this is one of the few places that has quality food.- Get the American create your own with seitan and vegan bacon & cheese. GREAT.

Homegrown used to be a lot of fun. I like the food and beer selection but the bands they have play there really suck.
For brunch, "The Best B.L.T, ever" lives up to it's name. Try it!- I've changed my mind about the music! It's pretty great! Also try a Golden Monkey with the long hots.... Mmmm
