Great open space - you almost can't believe it's on the LES. Lots of outlets for working, and a big couch if you want to relax. Also, they have a specialty tea menu, such a rare find in coffeeshops!
Love the decor here: wood paneling amd seats fashioned as tree stumps. It does get pretty crowded here though so come early to nab a seat! Free wifi.
Super tiny cafe with great coffee. I also recommend the cardamom bread - long slice of soft bread with nutty paste in the middle.
Came here back when it was still 88 Orchard. Very hipster crowd, mediocre coffee, but great for a morning or afternoon of reading. No wifi though.

The espresso here is great, but I can't take the baristas seriously... Why they feel the need to look like "mixologists" out of Raines Law Room is a mystery to me
