- EceMarch 27, 2015Excellent hotel located in the heart of downtown! Close to everywhere ! 10' walk to space needle! Extremely helpful staff and indoor decorations are excellent! Each door has different pictures on it!
- Excellent customer service that seems genuine and not overdone. Very cute boutiquey hotel with nice modern décor. Red Fin sushi restaurant downstairs is so good and super affordable too.
- Mark MedfordMay 18, 2013Nice hotel, I stay in 300 plus every year, these are the smallest rooms I've ever seen, I thought I was going to have to go out in the hall to turn around just small that's all.
- PierreMarch 31, 2017Nice showers. There was a record player in my room but the record skipped a lot. Cool though. Also my room was on the second floor and I'm glad they provided earplugs.
- M. R.May 6, 2014This boutique hotel, a five minute walk from Westlake Station is reasonably priced for Seattle. Rooms are small, and the free WiFi (ask the front) is spotty. Free local beer for an hour from 5:30 pm.
- Hotel MaxAugust 2, 2013Our restaurant is closed as we’re building Miller’s Guild - a new nose-to-tail, wood-fueled restaurant from Chef Jason Wilson - but we can recommend delish spots nearby and we’ve got room service!
- The complimentary happy hour is nice. Bigger bathrooms would be nicer.
- Quirky and unique boutique hotel, very friendly staff. Small but comfortable rooms.
- Bianca CappellettiSeptember 13, 2015Staff is the best! Visit the Sub Pop floor (5th) and see the pictures taken by Charles Peterson in the 90s.
- Tana BabcockNovember 6, 2015Friendly staff helped us check in early and we very much appreciated the extra effort!
- Janette ToralJanuary 14, 2012Great place to stay if you want to have an "art experience". My first time to have such an experience. I love this place.
- Laura KoosFebruary 22, 2013Super cool atmosphere and i love all the artwork. Very trendy and you can't beat hot pink and black!
- Amazing beds, though small rooms for the price. Valet parking was a little steep, but the Foursquare special helped a bit. Love the decor & vibe. Great for short stays.
- If you're staying in a room with two beds, ask for a room that ends in "20" for more mirrors and a larger bathroom.
- Perfect location, reasonable prices and comfortable beds. Reception service is perfect.... It is Max standard:):):)
- Peaches TiuApril 17, 2012Compli wifi just ask front desk. They will give u the username & password. Small bathroom. Big room for a 2- double bed.
- Very nice hotel, very modern! They have a pillow menu, iPod menu, and spiritual menu. Who does that?!??
- JessicaSeptember 5, 2010Great restaurant, some great staff, but be aware that security and competency are not the priporities for this hotel. It is small and chic but responding well to significant issues is not their forte
- Sara MSeptember 5, 2011Eat at the sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Watch out for super spotty wifi that they charge $12. a day for when you're a guest.
- Lauren ZJuly 25, 2012The shower "room" was unusual. Room was much smaller than i expected and i had lots of mold in my shower.
- Leo VirgoOctober 11, 2010Comfiest beds ever. Request more pillows from the pillow menu and make a fort.
- Too small for me, but clean and friendly people. Don't order room service, limited menu and food is les than mediocre. The restaurant downstairs is very good.
- Super helpful staff. Haven't been here long, but already love it. :)
- Robb GarnerApril 17, 2010Nice staff, nice hotel but the rooms and bathrooms in the rooms are too small for my taste and the price.
