Comfy, clean and with excellent service. Stayed for 3 nights in January on a business trip. Area can bit noisy at night on occasion but everything inside the hotel was on point
Our second time staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can’t compliment them enough! The staff and accommodations are all amazing. They are SUPER dog friendly and even have a dog run on the roof!
Exceptional service, attention to details. breakfasts, dinners, cocktails. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far (20-something countries, 200-something cities). LOVE!
This hotel went above and beyond for us and our dog. The friendliest staff and most inviting accommodations we have ever experienced. 5 stars all around! Their food is also delicious.
Great hotel, spacious rooms, good service, friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. Quite a high price - but all the hotels in San Francisco are pricey - so this one is comparatively good value.
One of my favourite hotels; top notch friendly service, light airy rooms and beds that makes you want to stay another hour every morning. The gym/pool/sauna section is a nice place to unwind, too.
The pool is flooded with natural light from peaked windows that offer views of the buildings around it, and while it's not huge it's a perfect refuge for light lap swimming or just floating around. Read more
I've never stayed at the Nikko, but my office has meetings here pretty frequently. Their in-house catering is good and it's a lovely and cleanevent venue with good sound and visual facilities.
Free WiFi if you sign up for their One Harmony Card. It's free to sign up. Do it before arriving at your hotel. Print out the membership card & show when you check-in. Your welcome :)
This hotel has it all...friendly + welcoming staffexhibit the best of Japanese hospitality. Top notch linens, nice gym, shiatsu massage. Starbucks right downstairs and ANZU is a great choice to dine.
Be prepared for extras: decent WiFi, pool access, bikes, drinking water. Also, the noisy ventilation runs all night. I would recommend a less business-centric stay on Nob Hill for all that & more.
Located in the downtown of SF next to the union square.where malls, theaters & 24/hr restaurants, cafes around u, friendly staff, clean & good facilities.
They might have over played the extent of the refurbishment slightly, but really enjoyed our stay. Great gym and pool with Starbucks just off the lobby.
Feinstein's at the Nikko is a fantastic showroom offer the best talent in an intimate setting. You may also rent out the entire club. For more infor on events contact mstriffeler@hotelnikkosf.com
Nice hotel with a business-trip vibe if you’re into that. Rooms have a very complicated bidet situation that self cleans every few hours, making a robotic noise.
Staying at the Hotel Nikko? If so, you have to get the Imperial Pacakge, its an awesome deal!! It includes free in-room internet, gym/pool access, free breakfast, happy hour, and amazing views of SF
They take dogs. And treat them well. Free dog toys on check-in. You can avoid internet fees by booking on their website and going for the six dollar upgrade.
If you book on Nikko's website and you are undecided between rooms book the cheapest. They might prompt you to a screen that offers you a cheap upgrade e.g. from imperial room to suite for extra $45!
The King Size bed is very comfortable. I like the fact there is a private corridor for the bellmen to place your luggage. I also enjoy the view but would prefer if building had private balconies.
