Please spend your money else where! They are slow and do not seem to care about their customers...check in has taken 20 minutes with 3 people behind the desk! Rooms could be in better repair!

It's in an extremely convenient location, but don't expect good customer service. Also, DO NOT eat breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Expensive and crappy microwaved food.

Don't stay here!! People in room next to us were having a party and we checked out @ 4am and drove back to BTV. Front desk did nothing about our complaint and tried to double-charge us.
