    Their Zucchini Flowers are SUBLIME! The fluffiness of the ricotta cheese, the crisp batter that its cooked in, the drizzled balsamic reduction...its all so perfect!

    The souffle di porcini is more over-the-top custard than airy puff. It is as homely as it is delicious, a brown lump of eggs, butter, cheese, and more suffused with the earthy flavor of the mushrooms.
