- Chelsea RenaudAugust 30, 2015One of many EV Italian spots, but possible the best tasting: meatballs, scialatielli; cavatelli with spicy sausage; garganelli botarga (traditional Sicilian pasta with fish roe); tortellini con ragu.
- Shane ZuckerMay 6, 2015If Superman, Batman, Ironman, and a bunch of other super people somehow had a baby together, and that baby became, like, a really good chef, they would probably make all of the food here.
- Lee HoffmanFebruary 7, 2021Everything here is incredible - meatballs, all the pastas, fried egg plant balls, chocolate mousse, salad w bacon - the cream / mushroom pasta and strattacheri favs
- This place is a neighborhood gem. Lovely, casual wine bar serving incredible food. Friendly service. Don't miss the veal meatballs (if they're on special), shrimp pasta, octopus & chocolate mousse.
- Grilled octopus is amazing. Love their Italian wines and pastas too. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, such a great neighborhood Italian spot.
- Asli SJuly 21, 2018Very small space inside, some outdoor seating. Try the tortelloni di coda & the pistachio ice cream 👌🏻 prices are steep for portion size
- This place has an awesome neighborhood vibe, amazing wine, and superb food! The cheese / meat plate is one of my faves in NYC.
- Enjoyed a great meal here. The portion sizes are perfect. Felt satisfied but not too full.
- Sean LMarch 7, 2012Love this wine bar... I think it maybe our new favourite haunt. It reminded me of Rome. Great selection of Italian wines and the service and atmosphere was just excellent. Love it!
- Cody-Ann 👑💫November 7, 2016Tapas great prices and excellent quality food. Charred octopus is to DIE for
- LaurenDecember 31, 2018Everything from start to finish was excellent. Had the eggplant croquettes, the meatballs, and the cavatelli.
- Cole KennedyJune 5, 2015Sit on the sidewalk and sip Italian wines. You'll feel like you're in another country, or another era.
- This is a neighborhood gem!! Best ambiance...Italian tapas and wine selection.
- Araina SepulvedaJanuary 5, 2014Kennedy eating bruschetta!!! I was shocked he asked for more tomatoes. It was really delicious :-)

- KartMe.com TeamDecember 28, 2010At lunch or for delivery, the Lulu's Special is delish. the mustard blends so nicely with the rosemary & olive oil. Read more
- For dessert, share the chocolate mousse and the hazelnut gelato - it doesn't get any better than this!
- LindsayJuly 7, 2010Amaaazing cheeses, meats, sauteed spinach, cheese fondue, meatballs, the list goes on. These guys never disappoint!!
- AnnieJuly 25, 2019Go somewhere else for Italian. While the food was good, the service was horrible. Table of 4. 3 gets pasta but they forgot the fish AND it took 30 minutes to finally come to the table.🤬 Not worth it.
- Chip KanneApril 27, 2010Sit at the bar and strike up a conversation with Davis about both the food and the wine, he's got amazing knowledge.
- Dr FoodieMay 21, 2017Worst service ever in New York City 🌃 🗽🇺🇸 average quality of food apart from their octopus 🐙 which was good but not exceptional 👎🏿
- Everything is *great*. Really friendly people. The all-vegetarian antipasti selection is phenomenal. Also FYI they have secret bloody mary's at brunchtime.
- Try the Fondue, it's great when the weather starts to get cold.
- Joe DMay 18, 2012To say the owner is a confusingly angry man is weird to have to say about a restaurant. Be prepared for an uncomfortable dining experience
