- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍July 26, 2016Being located at midtown Manhattan, center of everything makes it one of the best in NYC. Close to Times Square, yet a bit off the path, which is a good thing when you're considering noiseUpvoted Oct 10
- ℳ𝒶𝓎♍July 26, 2016I'm pretty loyal to the IHG brand. Rooms are modern with all the facilities you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Everyone here is courteous and the views from my room on the 30th were absolutely stunning
- Excellent location nearby time square just a woke of three minutes. The rooms are super and a lot of facilitate inside it was excellent staff and service🇺🇸
- You feel like you are in 4 stars hotel. Go for crowne plaza hotel. Cheaper and closer to the Times Square
- The greatest hotel I ever stayed in NYC. Amazing beds, great shower and incredible staff. The free wifi pin is ILOVENYC - uppercase. They let us check in at 10am and check out at 14pm at no cost! :-)
- True 5 star service hotel! The staff first rate & friendly. Anything we needed was delivered quickly. Joined the Ambassador program & received a room upgrade to a large room on upper club floor.
- Great location great staffs & Decent size room just a bit dusty. No free wifi is a minus. worth jointing the ambassador program if your a frequent traveller. Great place.
- The lobby is great for an impromptu afternoon business meeting. Finger foods, drinks, and comfortable seating inspires relaxed creativity. Bright enough room to remember your discussing business.
- This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, remains the best. Easy access to the theaters and walking distance to the rest. Subway stop right below too. Enjoy!
- Don't believe the outdated posts that you have to pay for wi-fi. It's free for everyone - all you need to do is join IHG Rewards. It's free to join and you can do it when you check in.
- Franziska GostnerMay 10, 2017Perfect location near Times Square, quiet rooms at high floors with panoramic windows, health club with plenty of options, poor breakfast for that price
- FahadJuly 17, 2015I love the InterCon and always make sure to check it out when I travel anywhere. This one is, unfortunately, not one of the best when it comes to customer service. Very disappointed.
- Big change here. Studio Suites are now "Family Studios". Two piece.sectional sofas have been replaced with a sleeper sofa. These rooms now can sleep four instead of two. Low rates for 4+ nights!
- Saif GhelaitaOctober 3, 2013Nice hotel. If you are an Ambassador member then you have a special treat. An upgrade, dedicated check in, complementary internet access and room amenities. Worth the membership.
- Lisa GrimmMay 28, 2011One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Phenomenal guest service and social media savvy. Located a few blocks from TS close to theater district. Big plus: Shake Shack is a few steps away:-)
- Love this hotel. Good sized rooms with massive, comfortable beds and nice views.
- If you don't see something you want, just ask guest services. They truly wish to make their guests happy and will do their honest best to meet your needs.
- Kylie JayOctober 6, 2014Be sure to join IHG rewards for free wifi. Rooms are comfortable. Everything you'd expect from an Intercontinental Hotel.
- Jon David MurrayJuly 23, 2010Great hotel location for phantom of the opera and king tut exhibit. Only a couple hundred yards away. Was able to get for $250/night on priceline 2 days before trip and other 4stars were asking 600
- Sean BrownDecember 28, 2016Great location for nyc tourist stuff. Corner room, high floor, view of the Hudson is da 💣.
- SheriMarch 13, 2018Good location if you want too stay in Times Square, also recommending eating at the Stinger restaurant.
- Clayton DonleyAugust 8, 2014Very close to all the major theatres. Great service. Easy walk to subway and Times Square.
- If you join the Ambassador club (Accor membership) you get free wifi, upgrade, late check out and lots of other goodies. Worth joining for the free wifi.
- Call for your bellman to assist with your bags a good 15 minute early. The property feels a bit understaffed during peak check in & check out hours.
- I spent 13 nights location is perfect rooms are good I recommend it strongly
- Try a room with a number ending in 10. These are the studio suites. Very nice size and comfortable.
- If you visit an Intercontinental more than once yearly, it's well worth being an Intercontinental Ambassador. Royal Ambassador is even better.
- Anne MyersJune 21, 2015Have been to the lobby bar a couple times. It's nice. The champagne drink with the edible flower in it is underwhelming, though.
- Paco MD FACSMarch 12, 2016It this place is good enough for President Obama to stay in while in #NYC, it is good enough for me.
- Have your room key out in the elevator. It is required to open the elevator doors on all floors except for the main floor.
- Ask the concierge for tickets to a broadway show. Best seats in the house and they're just around the corner.
- You can't fault it. Great location, rooms, bar, restaurant and outstanding service everywhere.
- Shower was gross. Mold on a great deal of the shower walls. Don't they ever clean them? Agree with other reviews: great location, nice views, etc. just expected this level of a hotel to be cleaner.
- GemmaNovember 23, 2012the beds are super nice! key cards are a bit tricky though. had to go down a few times coz they weren't working. downside is that internet isn't free and you get charged per device.
- Ron ASeptember 3, 2011Valet is $55 for 1 night. Parking lot next to Todd English restaurant is $25 for 24 hours. Another parking lot next to it wanted $54.
- No refrigerators in the rooms. You can order one but they charge $30 even if you are an Ambassador with IHG Rewards. Unless you need one to store medication - then it's free.
- DidiTH Ad! W!jaYaDecember 15, 2011Best view and you can see all around the city from the rooftop.. :)
