- CaraAugust 22, 2017If you're in Toronto for a conference there's no reason not to stay at the InterContinental. Prices are competitive & it practically adjoins the conference center. Roll out of bed & into sessions.
- P WelchSeptember 14, 2014Great hotel , SUPERB service in an awesome downtown location. There's also a bar/ club 900m away from the exit. It's banging on Friday nights. Worth a try if you're into that kinda stuff.
- Richard BarkerOctober 10, 2018Ask for an upgrade to the 2 story rooms (they are huge!) or a view of CN Tower. The exec lounge food is great
- TIFFAugust 28, 2013The 4-Diamond InterContinental Toronto Centre is only two blocks from the TIFF headquarters. The hotel features 586 luxurious guest rooms, each with breathtaking views and contemporary furnishings.
- Karen JohnsonOctober 31, 2014Nice hotel, but I had a very bad experience with the check-in with a very rude and u professional desk clerk. However, the concierge really made-up for my inconvenience. Great concierge!
- Michelle ConnochieSeptember 17, 2018You can leave your luggage with the concierge here even if you aren’t staying in the hotel - $5 per bag
- Get the club level if you can, they offer a free breakfast from 7-11, afternoon snacks from 3-5 and dinner food from 6-8 everyday.
- M BMarch 27, 2014If you are attending a convention or conference, buy the parking pass at the convention center. It is $14 per day and walk indoors to the hotel.
- EtiSeptember 26, 2013Forgot toothbrush or tooth paste ? they will give you one free, delivered to your room. Ask when you check-in. Useful not to bring toothpaste on carry-on because of airport security.
- Hollee AnneNovember 11, 2012Great place! The staff are so fantastic! Portia the front desk girl went above and beyond to treat us well.
- Joe NixonJuly 23, 2016Big hotel, but room wasn't ready at check in even after check in time had passed. No upgrade as an ambassador member. Room beginning to get dated. Good location but would stay elsewhere next time.
- Fantastic hotel with a great location for all things downtown. If traveling with kids be sure to ask about their kid suites.
- Elizabeth LakeFebruary 7, 2015The reception area is nice but the showers are aweful and the water is hard. The beds are comfy but these are not luxury rooms by far. The bathrooms are aweful.
- Control your room tv with your phone ! Use the lodgenet app! So cool.
- CarmelitaJune 27, 2015Service is horrible at the restaurant- I've been ignored on two occasions one I walked out after waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. Beds are ok. I stay for ihg points

- Starbucks is provided for free in the club's lounge 8th floor...
- Don't eat at the attached hotel restaurant Azure. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance. Even the 3 hotdog carts at Union Station are better.
- Nancy BryansJanuary 4, 2012The parking is $40 a day for in and out priveleges when you stay here. Just to park (once) is $20. You better like walking, taking cabs or going by TTC if you stay at this location.
- Sheila MottecyJanuary 12, 2014Espetacular! Muito bem localizado, vista sensacional do lago Ontario e da CN Tower, restaurante premiado e servico impecavel. A selecao brasileira de futebol se hospedou aqui recentemente.
