LOTS of nice bars. Every Thursday lots of people from the EU Parliament are having a drink there :)
Nice place for dinner if you like Italian food. Lots of good restaurant and pizza places.
Be sure to try pancake with cheese, green olives and honey. And don't forget the tea :)

Very nice bar / restaurant / cinema. Good location (close to metro and bus stop). Relatively cheap, but a bit noisy. The Mint Tea is made with a real Mint :)
Amazing restaurant / comic book shop. The menu is not very big, but the food is good. After dinner don't forget to check the "bande dessinée" and maybe buy one. Part of it is only open at dinner time.

Good location, very good cuisine and service. Not very expensive, but not cheap. Try "La carbonade flamande". A few minutes walk from Grand Place.
