Jazz is outstanding! A taste of Louisiana right here in Mid-Missouri. All of their fried appetizers are great, especially the pickles. Try the stir-fry, the sauce on it can't be beat!

The hushpuppies were very good, and I had the blackened chicken alfredo. It was a very nice Cajun twist on an Italian classic. The beignets were ok, but not as good as the ones I had in NOLA.

Jazz is rapidly becoming one of Columbia's better beer bars (in my opinion, anyway). Only two handles currently run by the big two. Lots of great micros to choose from!

The best po'boy sandwiches' you will ever find! Hush puppies here are darn good as well! Crispy outside and soft warm inside! Sweet tater salad is unique only to Jazz as far as I know! Good stuff!

Get the Chicken A La Mer special on Tuesdays with a drink for 7.00...this is my favorite dish..the voodoo wings are an awesome appetizer

Get the chicken a la mar, and save room for beignet, a deep-fried pastry dessert filled with fruit or chocolate and top with powdered sugar and Chantilly cream. Read more
