- Ty BlomquistOctober 27, 2014I am a north country hick now in the midwest who has a huge fancy for southern comforts...it's hard to find authentic, until I found this. Some things need to be made just perfect, they got it.
- Susan WellfordAugust 15, 2014Crab cakes ala mere and the blackened chicken fettuccini are killer! Love it when the jazz band is playing. Fun, Cajun vibe in the heart of KC.
- Bridgette JApril 21, 2014Great food, great service. Jesse at the bar was the absolute best. I didn't feel like a visitor here. So far Kansas Rocks!!! The Gumbo was better than some I've had in Louisiana.
- Kansas CityApril 23, 2013Let the good times roll! No swamps, where there is a dixieland band in every bite. Live music every night. We serve great cajun, creole delight

- Rebekka BrosemerJuly 6, 2013Food was cold, shrimp was over-cooked, service was awful but at least the manager didn't charge us. Took my brother 45 minutes to get food while the rest were attempting to eat. Will never go back!
- order the blackened tuna w/ hollandaise medium rare, the kitchen tends to over cook the fish. It's a healthy dish that will melt in your mouth :)
- Do not leave without trying their gumbo! Fabulous!!!!
- William MinterAugust 9, 2014Pass on the fried crawfish, not worth the calories. Voodoo wings are flavorful but small.
