J: One of the best bakeries. You need to try the double roasted almond croissant- rivals Paris!

J: Delicious finger food & cocktails. Great rooftop for some relaxed drinks.

J: Delicious food (great for brunch) in a cozy house-like setting. Great to visit on Sunday, so you can stroll the Ballard market before/after.

J: Really great chicken & waffles + lots of creative cocktails- in the heart of Capitol Hill.

J: Epic brewery in Ballard- great garden, open spaces, and beer tasters.

J: Dive-ish bar with a great outside patio in the heart of Capitol Hill.

J: One of my favorites in seattle- must try the net bread and the Nasi goreng!

J: Best place in the market (and unusually not busy even during crazy market says). Simple counter service with four dishes!

J: Delicious Italian place (sister restaurant to Spinasse). Go on Sunday or Monday evenings for the pasta + wine specials!
