John Kraft: Great 1st visit. Pulled pork platter with 2 sides was enough to split. Variety of sauces. Good coleslaw & onion rings. Good brewed ice tea.
John Kraft: Opening in chaos of 2020, they had their act together. Staff took good care of our party of 6. All of us ordered the pecan-encrusted trout & various sides. Corn-risotto & overnight tomatoes very good.
John Kraft: Had tasty pulled pork plate with good Cole slaw & mac-n-cheese & good iced tea. Garlic bread fine, if nothing special. Banana pudding pretty good, tho wife insists should be made with vanilla pudding.
John Kraft: While the rest of Hiram restaurants were slammed, this only had a few diners. Is that good or bad? Food was fine - Philly cheesesteak for me; fish & chips for her. Not bad, good service & no wait.
John Kraft: We’ve been a couple of times for breakfast following morning dr. visits. Pretty good. I had blueberry crunch cakes. Good, but would try something else next time. Wife had maple French toast & liked.
John Kraft: Last year we got Christmas Eve takeout - feed 4 for just a few $ >2 meals. Ordered again this year. They lost the order, despite me making a confirmation call a few days ago. Fixed it, but beware.
John Kraft: Newly discovered, with veteran pics lining the walls & an actual airplane built into decor. I got a good Philly cheesesteak, but side is extra. Go early on Sunday if you want the meat & 3 options.
John Kraft: They make your pie to order as you go down the line. Go without a drink to save a little $. Oven is super hot, so crust can get dark in a hurry.
John Kraft: Lots of history here but also “train fun” for the youngsters. Have taken young grandson twice now & he loves. Recent visit was for Trains, Trains, Trains event in Jan.
John Kraft: Place has gotten a face lift & overhaul the last year or so & looks good. Pizza good too. Wife likes their wings & Blue Moon on draft. Give it a try & ask for longtime server Sarah.
John Kraft: Dinner was fine & rescued us from a disastrous New Year’s Eve wait at another restaurant we had left, so glad for that. Still, it’s a drive & wasn’t better than several Mexican places closer by.
John Kraft: Good, if not spectacular. We split the 2 fish tacos. Coconut rice a nice change of pace. Charro beans “ok.” 1/2 price Monday margaritas. Bummed @ $3 chips/salsa, but then it IS a tourist area.
John Kraft: We loved everything about Wayside. Kate was great & steered us well. Delish-Depot Burger for me. Yellowfin Tuna tacos for wife. She got a $5 Sunday mimosa & I enjoyed a bourbon mule.
John Kraft: 1st visit not bad. Good meatloaf with huge serving of fresh broccoli & parmesan potatoes. Daughter really liked her pot roast special & wife said chicken-bleu sandwich was “fine,” if not outstanding.

John Kraft: Not a place I’d have chosen, but work-event left me pleasantly surprised. Sampled a variety: delicious salmon & bo luc lac “shaking beef” was probably fave. Shrimp/pork roll appetizer also very good.

John Kraft: Good staff. Generally worth a bell ring as you exit. Menu has become quite extensive, but my go-to still the original Arby with potato cakes & tea, but good fountain Coke too, not Freestyle.
