John Kraft: A yr after my 1st review, FT still very good. Now I got the parm/potato encrusted flounder w/ superfood medley & spinach. Delicious - as was 4-cheese crab dip app & chocolate Charlotte (both shared).
John Kraft: Recently opened in late 2020 or early 2021. Doing a good job with sanitation & dividers between booths. Rolls, steak, salad & baked potato all on point this visit! Very good.
John Kraft: They outfitted the men & little boys for daughter’s wedding & everyone looked very nice. A minor mixup when they initially handed me 1 of groomsmen’s suits who had same 1st name, but quickly fixed.
John Kraft: Can’t rate as a hotel, but was a nice venue for daughter’s wedding. They stayed in bridal suite & it was very charmingly decorated & looked very nice.
John Kraft: This was good. We had a big crowd here for the guys while girls were doing a fancy bridal luncheon next door. Good bbq, slaw & tea for my part.
John Kraft: We like the Hibachi chicken lunch with steamed rice. The ginger dressing for the salad tastes different than it used to. All was pretty good, but we actually prefer Volcano now for this type fare.
John Kraft: It opened fall 2020, where Ippolito’s was. Went for lunch for 1st time today. Very good chicken parm panini on homemade bread (pic). Salad & bread included. Wife got mushroom pasta dish & liked it.
John Kraft: 1st visit was lunch today. Got shrimp & fries for $7.99. Menu didn’t say it came w/drink, but it did. Took a good 10 min after ordering, but food was blazing hot from the fryer as they cook to order.

John Kraft: Good, old-fashioned family restaurant. Fried shrimp fresh & nicely done. Wife’s grouper-finger appetizer with a side was huge, though more like nuggets. Get homemade onion petals vs. the onion rings.
John Kraft: Sigh. Fortunately, food was back up to par but again, out of hot tea (& even iced tea) options. I mean, you’re charging $4 for a 20-cent tea bag & hot water - send someone to Publix! Saved me $4 tho.
John Kraft: They have “distanced” inside dining as of 10/2020. Many choices. Single butter burger combo big enough for me. Tea kinda’ weak & boo 😕 Pepsi products. Try cheese curds if you like fried mozzarella.
John Kraft: Founded in 1926, we used to go to newer 1 near interstate but it closed. This just 5-6 min further. Large servings, good bbq & O-rings, unique slaw (pink w/tangy vinegar). Cool, old decor & ceilings.
John Kraft: Passing through Cartersville, we decided to try Maine St. Glad we did. Good fish & chips and wife enjoyed trout, grits & beans. And ask for rolls - complimentary & delicious. Good iced tea too.
John Kraft: In September 2020 during continuing pandemic/unrest ammo shortage, this store was one of the few to have 9mm handgun ammo & 12-ga buckshot.

John Kraft: Visited Lake Arrowhead for 1st time & ate @ golf clubhouse grill. Katie took care of us. Shrimp tacos were a good deal @ 3/$10 & delicious. We also split a terrific piece of German chocolate cake.

John Kraft: Philly cheesesteak & fries for 1st visit. Smothered in cheese, it was good. Fries dark & very crispy (double fried?), but whatever it was, they were good. Large menu, so will try something else next.
John Kraft: 6 oz. renegade sirloin, baked potato & salad is our go-to here. It’s really enough & keeps the bill down a bit. Better service recently than in past.
