- Matt Ta-MinMarch 11, 2016Absolutely the best department stores in London. The staff are so knowledgeable. It sounds silly but ask a more 'mature' salesperson & they'll probably have 20+ yrs of experience selling the product.Upvoted 4 days ago
- Baby DiverNovember 20, 2016Best electronic section of a department store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check out the foods section on top floor

- Raoul FisherNovember 1, 2016helpful sales staff, and I like the commitment to brand matching. Great pop-up restaurants and shops too.
- Matt Ta-MinMarch 11, 2016They have a huge baby/maternity section that has everything. If you are completely new then you can book a 2 hour consultation where they take you through everything you will need. Trusted experts.
- Leslie LiszczSeptember 14, 2017Best facilities for parents. Large feeding and changing rooms. Very clean. Makes thing so much easier with a little one.

- Maria SjögrenFebruary 25, 2016Love the Home section. So many beaautiful things to buy :) It's also nice just to have a look for some inspiration.
- Oh I love John Lewis. This one has a fab Waitrose in the basement, a rooftop bar and a cracking Christmas shop.
- Wilder CohenJanuary 6, 2016great aura and awesome to study. I leech the wifi all the time https://www.wifimapper.com/hotspots/gb/london/department-store/john-lewis-wifi-by-btopenzone69/
- Polina NovykovaDecember 25, 2019I had a pleasant Christmas shopping here. Stuff is helpful, and you can find anything you want for your family
- Great range in homewares and furnishings and lighting for department stores but the service in every area is terrible. Never enough staff and they take no interest in trying to help you.
- Sign up for myJohnLewis to get a free hot drink & cake! This is different to the free hot drink with myWaitrose. You cannot redeem that here.
- David JamesSeptember 4, 2015Grab a coffee in the coffee shop! Lovely staff and who doesn't need a break after walking round this place 😀
- Use the John Lewis app to order items online that aren't in stock within the store by scanning a similar items barcode
- Stephen 🥞🍱🍣🍛🍜🍘🍟🍔🥨🍰🥑May 18, 2017Nice store with a very extension range of home and personal goods! Can't go wrong here!
- Raoul FisherJanuary 22, 2018Cafe Benugo on 2nd floor does a mean sandwich! And can be accessed quickly using the much quiter middle entrance!
- Dominic FeeneyNovember 1, 2014If you need the wedding gift lists function to either start your own list or buy someone a present off of their list it is located on the fifth floor
- Matthew HemesAugust 11, 2014Brilliant selection of men's clothes, beauty and technology. And not bombarded with offers like other department stores.
- Katherine ShawOctober 8, 2012Great view over the square from the caffe, but head down to the patisserie in the foodhall to get nicer (and cheaper) treats before coming up!
- Will BelfordSeptember 18, 2013A very, very good and big place to shop from! It has everything and everyone in there were very polite!
- Style by StylismOctober 22, 2011Bobbi Brown is the make up of make up artists. Great quality, at good prices. If you're into serious red carpet make-up this is the place to go.
- Cenker KöseApril 1, 2016Check electronics prices frequently. I bought Bose speakers %20 cheaper than the cheapest market price!
- Tanvi DewanDecember 7, 2012Helpful staff, but they will deliver or gift wrap.. But will not gift wrap AND deliver!! Be careful when Xmas shopping..
- If you live in the W1 area, John Lewis will deliver foodhall shopping to your home. It costs £5 for shopping under £50 and £3 for £50 or over.
- Thomas PajorNovember 30, 2015Check out the beautifully decorated roof garden at Christmas time. Lovely.
- Nin L.July 20, 2019Tax free receipts are issued on the 5th floor, not at point of purchase throughout the store - be warned as there can be a queue
- A superb department store with service and value that are second to none..
- Good place to pick up reasonably priced items for the home. Not as much selection as it's sister store Peter Jones though.
- Excellent department store with over 5 floors of stuff!
- Johannes DriessenSeptember 20, 2014The haberdashery is still there on the top floor and they have everything!
- A great shopping experience, well-informed & courteous staff.
- Pop in at lunch time to get a soup in top floor's food hall for a reasonable price
- Myri - PA PriveSeptember 7, 2014If you are doing shopping, Head to the food floor! Great variety of food
- Reem 🍔🍕🌮🍣🍤🍦🍩🎂🍮🍰September 30, 2014Great variety of cosmetics brands can be found here.. Helpful staff too
- Beaware of some managers in appliance department, they know nothing but persuade you to buy the products. Always look for normal staffs for help!
- Abena DadeyOctober 27, 2013You can find some decently priced items in the gift section - trust me, I'm a student!
- A proper department store where you can buy everything you need. Friendly helpful staff too!
- The flower section is actually quite nice. Don't buy one of the pre-made bouquets though.
- A sad department store. Nothing special about the products they sell. Customer service is great because most of the staff r old! They make u feel at home
