- MarthaMarch 2, 2015what's better than Mexican and French options in the same spot?!? Only tried the Mexican this time...was yummy. Guacamole is spicy. Staff excellent and very friendly. Look forward to next visit!
- Oz LublingMay 12, 2014Great place for a a mexican/french themed weekend brunch. It's also very kid friendly and the service is fast and efficient. Get the fish tacos or if you're a meat lover, the JC is great.
- XavierJune 12, 2016How to invest a sunny Sunday. Own by french but the inspiration is Mexican. Jc' specialty in the pic. Good coffee so definitely it is a yes!
- Best brunch in Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill. Croque Madame, etc are top-notch. Delicious cocktails (brunch appropriate, if a lil' pricey). Great breezy space, and excellent service.
- Jason WylandOctober 27, 2018French Mexican fusion: yes please! Great happy hour margaritas! And the duck confit tacos with chorizo and the Queso Fondito! Great vibe, attentive/friendly staff & great service! A neighborhood gem!
- Sandra RubinchikAugust 13, 2014omg, Get the French ravioli dish. They are so delicate & decadent. (The Mexican variety is good, too, if you're a diehard anti-truffle-oil food enthusiast who watches every Anthony Bourdain show.)
- Daniel SalinasMay 16, 2015This combination French-Mexican restaurant is amazing, patio seating, a full bar, and great food. A real neighborhood treat!
- DonnaSeptember 7, 2014An eclectic combo of French and Mexican but it works. Escargot, lamb tacos, ceviche and guac were all faves. Pecan crusted baked Brie was great as app or dessert.
- Julia MontiFebruary 25, 2015Great brunch. Delicious fresh guac. A little pricy for the young crowd. Not where you go for a cheap boozy brunch but the food was superb. Recommend getting a crepe!
- Daniel McDonoughFebruary 14, 2015Get the quac to start but make sure they put enough salt in it. The fish tacos are fantastic. Only comes with a side of rice or beans and not both which is strange.
- roe99June 29, 2014Ordered the Octopus Ceviche which was good (not great). The seafood trio (entree) was fantastic. The seafood salad was also very delicious.
- eric bornemannAugust 21, 2020Interesting fusion menus that is a bit more successful in theory then it is in taste. Still a nice neighborhood spot.
- Kat PrzybylaOctober 19, 2013Unbelievable house-made bloody marys and I highly recommend the brioche French toast (delicious berry spread comes with).
- Great (and often empty) for brunch. Awesome cocktails and coffee. Friendly service all around. Go.
- $1 oysters, all you can eat mussels and $10 carafes of wine M-Th. Plus outdoor tables and generally good French Mexican fusion,
- Jenny A.June 17, 2012The French Raviole du Royan is so creamy & delicious! Mini-ravioli w. Truffle oil & blanc sauce under a canopy of crispy/gooey gruyere gratin
- BrooklynoiseJanuary 21, 2013I love this place! I had the black angus sandwich. It was yummy and the portions were reasonable.
- Scott HaagApril 9, 2014Consistently great food. Had a bad coffee press pot though at brunch. Go though. Seafood salad rocks
- incredible brunch and hands done one of the best michelada!
- Umair ZiaMay 18, 2013Get the Corned Beef & Eggs. Excellent Dijon too.... spicier than some wasabi I've had.
- Charming staff. Cute place. Yummy steak sandwich. Great cocktails.
- Julius TarngSeptember 12, 2015Pretty unmemorable - I think I had the Mexican ravioli and it was pretty skip worthy
- My new favorite place. Love the staff. Try the amazing poblano pepper.
- Alyssa BereznakApril 7, 2016you'd think a mexican/french resto might be weird but they make it work. yummy but a lil pricey.
- Nate SOctober 23, 2021Not sure what happened recently, but this place is disgusting. I’ve been coming here since they were on Atlantic Ave 10+ years ago. No more. Now, too-sweet cocktails, clear French onion soup, & flies.
- Lunch drink specials / happy hour rock. Ask for a table outside.
- Donn FresardJanuary 21, 2013Mostly overpriced bullshit, but sometimes they have $1 oysters for happy hour. Check the sign, I got them on a Tuesday in January.
- Heather RodriguezJune 11, 2012Chef's tacos are awesome, BUT portions are super small. We are leaving hungry.
