Bring crampons and do a self-guided hike along the glacier. I'm sure the guided tours are great but they're not not necessary to get out and explore.
The quality of the fish is outstanding. I've been twice now, and if I go back for a third it'll be for the omakase. Otherwise it's a bit pricey for rolls and nigiri.
