Jwow: Sugar rush happy hour every weekday from 2-5pm where you can grab a $2 mini cone with sprinkles. In the winter time be sure to get a cococone with pumpkin icecream!

Jwow: Montreal meets New York bagel... Sounds scary, but the bagels do not disappoint. Insider tip: grab a box of home made bagel chips to nosh on later!

Jwow: FREE Shakespeare in the Park! If you are in the standby line by 5pm you will have no trouble getting a ticket! Bring a picnic and enjoy the park while you wait!

Jwow: Visit Upstate on 1st ave for a great happy hour offered everyday from 5-7pm, $12 for 6 oysters and a beer, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Jwow: Caesar schnitzel sandwich is delicious with kale and a fried egg, you can't go wrong!

Jwow: To ensure you are always invited back for bagel breakfast and you've finally tasted the best lox in NYC, head to the one and only Zabar's for some double smoked nova, it's simple the best.

Jwow: You just can't beat the Pastrami here! Be sure to ask them to throw some half dills on your plate, and if you're feeling adventurous try the kugel!

Jwow: Whole rotisserie duck dinner is a NYC must. You have to make a reservation 30 days in advance, which is well worth it. Now, go grab 5 friends and make a reservation ASAP!

Jwow: Checkout the pumpkin doughnut they're little, and perfectly delicious for an anytime snack!

Jwow: The Ramen burger is the real deal, the line is worth the wait. I recommend the original without cheese, cooked medium rare, crispy ramen patties and extra sauce. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Jwow: The Kung Fu Steamed Pork Buns are a delicate little bun full of savory pork dumpling and soup, the perfect pick me up on a rainy day.

Jwow: The Polpo cured octopus salad is outstanding and charred to perfection.

Jwow: A perfect way to start your NYC day is by grabbing the perfect coffee at Everyman Espresso!

Jwow: The Akamaru Modern ramen with egg and extra garlic oil will warm your spirit any day of the week! Put your name in and wander around the neighborhood while you wait.

Jwow: It's starting to get cold outside, stop by Brodo for some homemade broth. Marco will hook you up with samples to help you decide. I recommend the chicken broth with shiitake mushroom tea.

Jwow: Blue sky means time for a Mean Green smoothie. Be sure to get your greens before the Thanksgiving food coma sets in!

Jwow: The Vertical tour is both an architectural and historical tour, allowing you to get up close with the stained glass windows, go on the roof and view the nave.

Jwow: The Fulton Street Station is as beautiful on the outside as on the inside, not to mention 9 subway trains stop there!

Jwow: My favorite afternoon snack off Union square is the pretzel croissant, it's salty buttery perfection.

Jwow: For a phenomenal NYC burger, checkout Whitmans in the East Village. Try the Juicy Lucy for a mouth watering burger experience, filled with pimento cheese.

Jwow: In these freezing temperatures, you can find beauty at the fountain. Be sure to make a visit before things warm up!

Jwow: Delicious Mediterranean and Israeli food! The roasted cauliflower special with eggplant was out of this world, two of my favorite veggies, cauliflower and eggplant!

Jwow: For the best aerial view of NYC sit on the left side of the plane for takeoff form LaGuardia!

Jwow: The Market Vegetable plate is the delicious way to get your veggies for the day! Choose 4 fresh market veggies from the rotating list of options.

Jwow: I can not recommend the chewy green tea noodles, Napa cabbage and salt and pepper lamb tips enough! Every drink was killer, I recommend the Phil Collins. We had no trouble cleaning our plates!

Jwow: The R Lounge at the Renaissance hotel is a great place to catch the lights and sights of Time Square without all the hustle and bustle. It's perfect for an after the show snack or drink.

Jwow: One of my favorite brunch spots in the West Village. Everything here is delicious, if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, give the banana French toast a try!

Jwow: While it's freezing outside, it's starting to look like spring in here! Yes, the service is outstanding and the burger served at lunch is delicious, but what I love most are the beautiful flowers!

Jwow: The best Chai latte around, made with Tiger Chai. They also make awesome coffee and are a great brunch spot! Note: they are cash only.

Jwow: An experience! Take the 7 train all the way to Flushing-Main Street, take the escalators to the 3rd floor of the mall and find yourself here. Every dim sum cart offers delicious surprises!

Jwow: Amazing breads and bakery items. My favorite are the Twists which come in multiple options... because they are so good, I can never choose just one to nosh on!

Jwow: Get your Tex-Mex on at the newly opened Javelina in Gramercy. I highly recommend the Bob Armstrong queso and the avocado margarita to start your evening off right.

Jwow: The 92nd Street Y puts on many wonderful programs throughout the year, I highly recommend trying to take advantage of this wonderful cultural center.

Jwow: Both the burger and shakshuka are winners on the brunch menu!

Jwow: You can now enjoy soccer/futbol in NYC go NYCFC!

Jwow: Looking for a low key or intimate place for dinner? Pata Negra offers an excellent selection of tapas and wine. I recommended the octopus, morcilla and patitas.

Jwow: The Momofuku Ramen is how David Chang began to build his Momofuku empire. It's smokey and delicious, especially with a generous dose of the new ssam sauce.
