Bill B.June 3, 2011Beef shank & cows foot: sophisticated cultures understand how good this is. Sweet bread with caper sauce and lamb brain: man is that good. This is one of the best meals I've had in a long time.
Ask Chef Ali what he suggest for the day; as there is no tangible menu to look at. Anything he suggest will be a great try, or ask for the Lamb Shank, and the Duck & Rabbit Ragu.
