Get to know the chef if you want to taste unique Japanese cuisine including live unagi, Japanese tomato, Japanese sweet corn, blue fin tuna belly, rock fish, special ramen etc.
Try their signature dish - bbq Iberico pork ribs. Foie gras with roast piglet. Steam river fish haka style. Hokkien mee is also good.
The quality will never desert you. Great pasta. Fish is good too. Else go for the steak. Good selection of wines as well.
River steam fish is their speciality. Duck is also good. The cheese grilled udang galah is a must try.
For crab cooked with a difference, this is a must try. Book early to avoid disappointment
Oyster shooters are awesome. All day breakfast is also superb and of course the fish & chips. Beer is super cold. Great to chill on a Friday afternoon
Iberico pork ribs are a must and definitely the roast piglet. Special desert are on offer for birthday boys and girls. Just tell the owner.
The food selection is ok but the service is lousy compared to other Grand Imperial. Give it a miss.
The food is great. Fresh water prawn noodle. Dim sum is not too bad either.
Sang har mien is the signature dish. Their crab's are huge in size, fried sotong is quite good as well.
They serve cold beer, nice. Lunch semi-buffet is value for money if they still have it. Good wine selection.

Fairly good chicken rice with bbq roast pork and siew yuk. The roast duck is equally as good.

Value for money. Steam cod fish is good. They do a special brinjal dish which is done dry frying style with chili and pepper. The fried sotong is also very tasty
Chef Choi...not too bad. Will need to taste more before giving more feedback. The Xiao Loong Bao was a tad too small although it was nicely done.
Steam "Soon Hock"/ Bamboo fish is their speciality. Other recommended dishes are equally as good. Listen to the lady boss and you will have a feast.

Duck egg fried kway teow...a tad too dark. Not the best in this category.

Its meat heaven! Chorizo is good - both the sausages and burger. Of course, the pork chop is fab! Go for the pancakes - great desert or if you're doing breakfast...great start to the day.
Manager totally has no service manners. So what they are new in 1U. Just another new toilet. Avoid if you do not wish to be disappointed.
One of the best Omakase in KL/PJ. Check with the Chef - Ah Mun. He has many special dishes up his sleeve that are not in the menu. Sushi is great. Fish are all air flown. Traditional Jap cooking
The ginger is very good. Chicken is ok. Servings are small. Expensive. Not value for $
The food is excellent. Pasta was tasty. Saw the burger...looked fab. Too bad they ran out quick. Must book before the next visit. I liked the Cranberry drink.

Rustic - brings back the good old days. Food is excellent. Nasi ulam is good. Cempedak spring roll with vanilla ice cream is a real treat. Moo Moo burger is also good.
The cooking style is not the preferred authentic Hokkien Mee of yester years. Taste is only passable. There are better ones in PJ
