James CAugust 3, 2013The staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly and willing to expand your palate. The Uni raw dish was out of this world and all of the sushi was best I have ever had. They know their fish and do it right.
Natalie KJanuary 30, 2017I can't say about good things about Katsuya. Awesome ambiance, incredible food. Crunchy spicy tuna, lobster roll, and lemon salmon roll were standouts. Wagyu beef was also great.

The baked crab hand rolls are just about my favorite food of all. OF ALL.

My preferable restaurant in LA, cucumber sunomono salad, kobe beef with foie gras, ahi tuna with crispy onion. So good!
