The staff is totally nerd and geek but ridiculously helpful and friendly. Made a huge fan outta my eight year old by talking Pokemon with him.
The homemade bread is a real draw, You can buy either the white or wheat bread to take home sliced or unsliced. Many of their desserts are also available for purchase.
