Sooooo good! The fajita burrito is divine, and the salsa is fantastic. Super casual, and so worth the trip to Gibbon.
Great vendors! As of 2015, most are in the mall parking lot (by Herberger's), but there are others across the street at K-Mart, too.
Bring your dog and stroll through the market and Stinson Park! Lots of great vendors and a nice experience overall.
The brisket sandwich and jalapeño mac and cheese are amazing. Plus, they're the absolute best at takeout for the office. Everything is so organized, and they send extra pickles. :)
Best nail salon I've been to in Omaha. You get a drink while you're there, and they do a great job. Good idea to make a reservation in advance on weekends!
Hike the Trading Post Trail for great views of the park. It's an easy hike, too!
Beautiful stop along the way from Boulder to Nederland! We continued along to the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway.
The breakfast burrito is fantastic, and the veggie quiche was delicious, too. Good place for a quick coffee and breakfast when you don't feel like braving the crowds at bigger brunch spots.

Great hiking trails! Get out there early in the day to beat the crowds. I recommend the Royal Arch Trail for a tough but totally rewarding hike!
When you think you've got to be close to the end, you're not. But it's so worth the time and effort spent on miles of rocky stairs once you get to the arch. Beautiful!
They have an extensive mocha menu that I missed before ordering; it's off to the side of the register. But my chai was great, too!
The Isadore Java Porter is to die for! Cash only, but they have an ATM, and even say they'll mail a self-addressed envelope to your home if you don't have cash or check on you. Now THAT'S service!

Very knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of in-house brews. Try the Fortuna; it sounds weird (beer brewed in tequila barrels w/ lime), but it's a once-in-a-lifetime beer. Tastes like a margarita!
Happy hour all day on Monday! Sushi is great, and the Hamatchi Jalapeño is amazing as a starter. So are the Crispy Brussels Sprouts!

The sweetest Greek couple runs this tailoring shop, and they do a fantastic job. I had them alter a bridesmaid dress for me, and it fit perfectly. It was also WAY cheaper than anywhere else I've been.
