Not only is Tipico's a cheap Dallas restaurant its described as "dirt-cheap" authentic mexican food. Caldo de res, carne guisada, sin grasa, you may need a translator, but the food is great. Read more.
Try some fish dishes. Mi Amigo, Javier, is good at what he does. A verynice guy—a Tejas fisherman. I’d say his place is in the top two for Continental Mexico City, GourmetMexicano in Dallas...still!
