- Walleye was very good, my wife had cod which was okay along with the potato pancakes Delicious). Not a fan of the tarter sauce. Octoberfest beers were good (Marzen style). Pumpkin Larger was also good
- This is the best of the brewery tours we've found here in Milwaukee. This place the most casual, friendly and cool vibe coupled with bomb-diggety beer. Maibock is my personal fave.

- Take the tour. It's more like "happy hour with a guide." The tour experience varies quite a bit. My favorite guide is Nitro who once gave the tour drinking out of a huge glass boot.
- If you're looking for an appetizer for your Friday night fish fry, definitely get the Polish Pops. They're phenomenal.
