- EArchitectJuly 22, 2016On hot summer days, dine outside beneath the awning. Enjoy the weather and beautifully prepared delicacies outdoors without getting fried. Also don't sit along the hedges to avoid uninvited guests.
- The Corcoran GroupJuly 9, 2013From the chef behind Dell'Anima, you're sure to have a great meal here - whether it's the lamb shank hash for brunch, or any of the fresh pastas for dinner. Try to snag an outside table if possible!
- EaterOctober 28, 2013The brunch menu at here has a little something for everyone. You can get Italian pastries, salads, pancakes, fried chicken, pastas, and egg dishes. Order the polenta with shrimp, bacon, and tomato.
- TomApril 1, 2015Loved the tajarin and the bucatini. The grilled broccoli rabe makes a great side. The gnocchi is also good but a little too soft for my liking. BYOB w/ no corkage on Sun and Monday. Must try!
- Francis UdlerDecember 2, 2014Sweetbread Agnolotti, squash mezaluna, polenta, cod, brussels sprouts everything was great! Service was fantastic. Got carrot ravioli on the house. Cinnamon ice-cream was unique. (Portions are small)
- Time Out New YorkApril 11, 2013Though the main-course pastas are the high point of a meal here, there are substantial proteins, too. Eat this: Escarole salad, octopus, sweetbread agnolotti, linguine with clams, pumpkin budino Read more
- Andrea BarrezuetaNovember 12, 2012Food is amazing! Personal favorites: broccoli rabe polenta, grilled fennel, the arancini is the best I've had in New York. Pappardelle with short rib ragu was also delicious. All in all, new favorite!
- Bruce JJanuary 10, 2015Had a great dinner at L'Apicio. Appetizers of burrata, grilled octopus and peeky toe crab were excellent and enough to be shared by 5 diners. Dinner entrees of ciopino, pastas were ridiculously good.
- Andrew QuanMarch 22, 2013The arancini, charred octopus, and the quail were AMAZING starters. The casarecce and the garganelle were my favorite pasta entrees. And you can never go wrong with brussel sprouts and speck. YUM!
- CoverJanuary 5, 2014The pastas are definitely the focal point of Thompson's newest & trendiest spot. The gnocchi, agnolotti w/ sweetbreads & seafood linguini are outstanding. Pay with Cover at skip waiting for the check!

- Tim KattApril 14, 2013A lot of great options for brunch which starts at 11. Try the grilled cheese with caramelized onions and tomato soup as a side to split for two. Free refills on coffee too.
- Reservations suggested as this place packs up fast. Octopus, quail, watercress salads all winners. Pasta portions on the small side, great excuse to order one more than you would have! Gorgeous space!
- Stephen MilbankDecember 5, 2015Short rib tagliatelle, charred octopus, and brussels sprouts were excellent. Mushroom fettuccini was good but heavy on thyme. Vibe + interior feels more suburban than hip NY, which was disappointing.
- Anna BadovskaAugust 29, 2015Guys are really amazing. Best new restaurant in America... For sure they deserve it! They can make you feel wow. Every single dish what we ordered was just too good.
- Jane DongSeptember 22, 2014Friendly service, great pasta. Would go for the pasta over the polenta. Orecchiette was my favorite. Chocolate hazelnut cake was perfect, with a bit of saltiness
- The gnocchi is phenomenal. Meatball and polenta, grilled endives, fluke crudo - all excellent. Have the Dobel cocktail and enjoy. Pay with Cover.

- Saneel RadiaJune 4, 2013One of the best by the glass wine lists (especially sparkling) you'll find. Just order by glasses over the meal for an adventure.
- Antonio GonzalezJanuary 4, 2013Food & drinks were excellent as is the case with Dell'Anima, L'Artrusi & Anforra. The only gripe I have with this place is the staff I encountered. From bartender to waiter. Not a fan of the service
- JuAnne NgApril 27, 2013Everything was great but these dishes really stand out -the mushroom salad, the perfectly tender pork chop, hazelnut chocolate cake!!

- What's Good HereAugust 8, 2014Order the roasted mushroom polenta here. In fact, try any of the other polenta dishes.
- SerenaAugust 29, 2013salads are on the small side, apps and entrees were somewhat underwhelming. pasta's the right move here and they are all exceptional, get over your squeamish-ness and go for the sweetbread pasta.
- Amy LanFebruary 25, 2013Great carrot and watercress salad. Pastas are a bit small but tagliatelle was excellent.
