Smoked salmon was excellent. Pan-seared scallops was cooked perfectly. Braised veal short ribs was luscious. They did a great job with wine pairing for 3 course meal.

During season, the Fourchu lobster is must! Dinner is great and the French bread to take home at the end makes it even better :)

Candied Pineapple-Lemon Curd Tart was a great dessert choice for the Prix Fixe Lunch menu. Ask to visit the kitchen and watch the students in their classes cooking like pros.

What I had @ l'ecole is what's in the picture and let me just say it was as good as it looks. L'ecole is a French restaurant where culinary students put their skills to the test & they all deserve A+!
