FOURSQUARE'S UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION POLICY

Foursquare Labs, Inc. ("Foursquare") or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("submissions") in any form to Foursquare or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Foursquare’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Foursquare. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION

By sending us any submissions, you agree that (i) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Foursquare and Foursquare shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the submission for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or attribution to you, (ii) your submissions does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of third parties, (iii) foursquare will consider the submissions to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, (iv) Foursquare may have something similar to the submissions already under consideration or in development, and (v) foursquare will have no obligations concerning the submissions, contractual or otherwise (including but not limited to an obligation to keep the submissions confidential).

PRODUCT FEEDBACK

Foursquare does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Foursquare's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us at feedback@foursquare.com. Please provide only specific feedback on Foursquare's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Foursquare's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Foursquare can learn how to best satisfy your needs. Any feedback you provide to Foursquare or any of its employees shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Foursquare shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the feedback for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or attribution to you.
