Other than their infamous baos, it's worth trying their equally delectable short rib dumplings and apple-crusted pork belly!( perfect balance of smokiness, sweetness and sourness)

By far the best meal I’ve had in HK. Every item I had was incredible. The lucky 8 cocktail, fried chicken bun, truffle fries and salted ice cream bun... all of them just mind blowing. Go!!

The Truffle Fries is a must! The Satay Beef Bao was good, The Szechuan Fried Chicken Bao was ok, for me. I can assure you that you will not get enoug of eating The Salted Caramel Bao 😍👌🏼 to die for

Ridiculously good, I tried all 4 - Sweet soy pork belly w/ hoisin ketchup, fried chicken w/ Szechuan vinaigrette, fish tempura w/ tamarind sugar glaze and Taiwanese style tempeh w/ truffle mayo.

This place is a real winner. Amazing bao 'burgers' - crispy chicken and satay beef - with Japanese craft beers. Even dessert mini bao burger with salty caramel ice cream patty. Ace.

Pork belly bun juicy, tender and bursting with flavours. Green tea cream sandwich takes a spin off the traditional deep fried "man tou" & condensed milk into a green tea cream sandwich. Interesting!

Thé baos are all great but save some tummy room for this genius of a salad dish - iceberg lettuce with anchovies & black beans 🫢 simple but packs a full flavour punch

(3/5) The classic Chinese bao with a Western spin on flavors and ingredients, served more like a burger. Sides and sharing dishes are a combination of Western and Eastern fusion, and all enjoyable.

Come at 1830 on a weekday to get seated almost immediately. Can’t go wrong with Pork Belly Bao and Truffle Fries. Though lacks a powerful blow in flavors, it’s well balanced, enjoyable nevertheless.

Really good baos! And tons of variety -- something for everyone. You can mix and match and pick what you want, so it's a good spot to try a variety of different flavors.

Contemporary bao (buns in Cantonese) by Asian best female chef - May Chow! Bao with Sichuan style chicken is my favorite. Don't miss out on this place if you visit the PMQ next door.

No need to queue on weekdays if you get there before 7pm. And this is the must try LB ice cream bao.

Usually not needing to queue after 9:30pm weekdays. All baos are amazing! There are daily specials on the wall & mostly not forgetting to order the ice cream baos. Personally prefer salted caramel!

Lovely small resto. I tried the pork belly bao - divine. The dessert bao is even better. I also tried their fried chicken which was ok. The pan fried dumplings were delish tho. Can order half portions

The pork belly bao was ridiculously delicious - as expected from all the tips. The Szechuan fried chicken bao was equally good. I don't understand why there isn't a perpetual line outside this place.

    1. Don't get frustrated, it's worth the wait. 2. Do get a tempura fish Bao. 3. Razor. Clam. Special. That is all.

The non-Bao dishes are getting better by the week. Def a crowd pleaser, judging from the queues. Come bang on at 6pm or not at all.

Fried chicken bao and yuzu soda were good but really not into the seated vibe. They def rush you quite a bit so just have that mindset and you're good!
