It really is a shame that a nice place with good food is ruined by an incompetent staff. Even the managers act as if they are doing you a favor letting you eat there. Much better choices on 3rd street

Be ware: they are not interested in accomodating for food allergies and charge for refills on soft drinks. And, they are unpleasant about it. Bummer.
