- Fancy Chandeliers, scrubbed wooden tables, glowing gray walls and lovely patio for warm days make LowBrau a really cool spots for brunch in SacTo. Some vegan sausages options & rare beer list !
- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014This is our kind of German Beer Hall with great lighting, warm staff, and some of the most delicious, and definitely the most beautiful, sausages we’ve ever tasted.
- Spencer SorrellMay 9, 2015Duck Fat Fries and Schnitzel! Kelsey was a fantastic waitress- she tended to our every need, was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the drink/food menus.
- Liz RoffeyJanuary 18, 2015The pretzels. The beer. The identity and interior of this place! (I'm a designer and couldn't help but geek out over that.) Such a pleasant experience all-in-all! Sit outside - it's lovely!
- CITY GRITAugust 1, 2014Enjoy cocktails or a beer off their ridiculous list, then prop yourself up on the deck, soak in some rays, and stuff your face! We loved the Hot Link but maybe you should get the Sausage Platter.
- Brian IbarraFebruary 13, 2016The outside patio is best place to have a drink or shots and even have some food here with big party
- Kate FurmanSeptember 7, 2015Get any of the brats on a pretzel bun. The melon tomato salad was also amazing.
- It's the only sausage/brat place in town. Solid German beer selection (10+), as well as common Euro beer types like sour/lambic, hefe, and Belgium.
- Great food, awesome beer selection, and shitty service! Don't go there expecting the wait staff to care, the food and drinks are great though.
- Such a great idea to bring to Sacramento. I always take out-of-towers here and love just chillin on a regular day.
- Matt ShobeMarch 8, 2018Awesome staff, delicious beer, house made snausages. A Sacramento legend in the making.
- If you have friends into beer, this is a great place to take them. Makes me feel like I'm in a German pub!
- Dave ShultsJanuary 16, 2013So... I left a crappy tip about the plastic basket, and well I take it back. We were served on plates this time, and it was fantastic, so was the beer, the service, and the food. 4 stars.
- Brian KauthJanuary 25, 2013The duck fat fries are delicious! Curry ketchup is one of the best sauces.
- Leila Reeder-EsparzaApril 20, 2017Favorite place for brunch – especially out on their patio. Get the megamosa... you won't regret it!
- Julie GallaherJune 30, 2013I love this place. Get a polish on a pretzel bun with a pint of North Coast Old Rasputin. yum
- Great beer, try whatever is the "Best of the Wurst" always interesting
- Hipster haven complete with pig murals, sausage, kraut beer and of course kale salad
- Eva EvaAugust 31, 2013"Carmelized onions" means formerly frozen brown mush. Look at the photo. It's mush. But there's lots of it! Sauerkraut had no flavor. Chives were the best part, Horrible/nonexistent service.
- This River City Ginger Beer is actually from right here in Sac! Kid and dad tested. #Nom!
- Stein of Paulaner Pilsner a duck fat fries with beer cheese sauce - nuff said
- Yummy sausages and good beer. The Dirty Duck Fries are amazing.
- I brought 4 friends from the neighborhood!!! Instant fans!!! They'll definitely be back!!! They loved it!!!
- I'd steer clear of the brats/sausages and the pretzel buns. Juicy Lucy is solid though.
- Dave ShultsJanuary 11, 2013Great people and beer. Food is fantastic, but it comes in a plastic basket with crappy paper. Booo
- Get the polish on warm pretzel roll with a bit of curry ketchup and frosty dunkel
- Good German and Belgian beers on tap. A rare find indeed!
- Wild boar sausage is awesome, beer selection is ok, but never much changes.
- Jessica LittleSeptember 13, 2014So much good food! But the music makes it a shouting match to hear anyone.
- Mixin it up!!! Lowbrau!!!! Philly cheese steak sausage!!!!! This.... I will allow:)
- They took the Juicy Lucy burger off the menu. What crying shame. Without this burger this place is a 9/10 for atmosphere and a 5/10 for food.
- John MichaelJanuary 16, 2013They're new, and the owners are usually around, and love hearing feedback!
- $10 for a LITER of fine Bavarian lager. Use that to wash down the star of the menu: the Dirty Duckfat Fries.
- Heba-I-amSeptember 6, 2017I only went to this place for motel mondays? Didn't try the food but they had ok cocktails
- L GApril 15, 2013Call to see if they are actually open. I drove for half an hour to get there and even though their hours online said they were open 'til 2am they were closing at midnight :(
