Liam Proven: A kids' playground inside the zoo, with plenty of room for over-6s to burn off some energy. Parents can have a coffee or a beer with a cake or a hotdog in the attached café.
Liam Proven: A lovely little bit of woodland on the edge of Prague. Handy for the tram -- № 17 terminates a Vozovna Kobylisy, a few minutes' walk away.

Liam Proven: It's a Lidl. You know what to expect. Has a bankomat and a bottle-recycling machine. Plenty of car parking and a few places to lock up a bicycle.
Liam Proven: Welcoming little café near Pardubice station. Superb cakes -- I had a bounty cake -- and interesting coffees, like my Algerian coffee (with advocaat/eggnog).
Liam Proven: Great guided tour for just 4 of us, including a tasting. Good to see a Czech brewery still using its original buildings, and great beer too.
Liam Proven: Fun little bar on Pardubice's pretty old town square. Outside seating. Beware, it's small so there was only 1 barmaid/waitress when we visited, and she was busy, so service was slow...
Liam Proven: A great spacious bar/restaurant out in the Prague suburbs, blissfully free of tourists. Great stuff, great beer, & their bread's excellent too. Home deliveries in the area, too!
Liam Proven: Huge crowds, often impossible to get in. The food is solid traditional stuff, but this is a rare chance to try traditional Czech beer from before pilsner lagers took over. Recommended for that.

Liam Proven: Great range of interesting animals, fantastic modern layouts (e.g. free-flying fruitbats!), a cablecar & more. One of the world's best zoos.
Liam Proven: Some of the best beers in the country, and good pizza too. There's a beer window open during quarantine lockdown & plenty of parking just across the river.

Liam Proven: Not a typical concert venue but good. The bar prices aren't bad. No food or drink in the auditorium, note. But they let me eat my own snack in the bar!
Liam Proven: Cute little café, which feels very authentic and not like the spreading chains. Tasty soup and Georgian-style cheesy stuffed bread. Recommended. They speak English & have veggie offerings.
