Very picturesque, very expensive. Good service from friendly young staff, amazing views, but lacks the charm of the far smaller old wind-powered café it replaced.
It's lost the local charm it had 30y ago, but I'm glad it's still there. The air hose is now a quid a pop, though. Has a well-hidden ATM.
One of Prague's biggest and best malls, if you like malls. Personally I don't but it's at least central.
Possibly the best upmarket delicatessen chain in Prague. Good source for things like baking potatoes, salt & vinegar crisps and foods from around the world.
A decent enough suburb of Prague, with good transport links, a branch of Iceland and the excellent Cobolis brewery with its own bar/restaurant.
Nice informal little dive bar, with a cool non-Czech barman -- from the accent, I'm guessing Dutch. Decent choice of beers, wifi, dartboard. New favourite Holesovice boozer.
Beware, no English.But you can save a lot by renting baby equipment instead of buying it. You won't need it for long.
