- I usually go on Saturday afternoon when it's slower. They usually have football (soccer) games on. Their Belgian beer list is usually pretty great, this is their Trappiste bar after all.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- More spacious and less crowded than the old town location. Lots of great beers and pub food. Love the steak and mushroom pie or cottage pie.
- cnelson ︻╦╤─December 25, 2015Great tap list, appropriate glassware, much more mellow than the Old Town location.
- The steak and mushroom pie is wonderful. I love to sit here and watch the footie with a pint or two. They get big and noisy crowds for big matches, and it feels great.
- Saúl HernándezAugust 12, 2014Alan’s Vegetarian Chip Medley is delicious. Also very good was the Vegetarian Burger with Avocado!
- Classic British pub in the heart of Old Pasadena that offers great craft beer selection and tasty pub faire.
- Steve ‘Pudgy’ De RoseAugust 14, 2012The night the Chicago FIRE won MLS Cup 1998 (as an expansion team!) @ the Rose Bowl, 25 October 1998, I managed to wind up here for an English craftbeer tasting. 3=D}

- Michael ReidAugust 9, 2014Great authentic pub food with a great Belgian beer selection and soccer on TV.
- Best tap list in town. A little heavy on the Belgian beers but good selection of others.
- Kesavan ElangovanJune 1, 2011Try cottage pie with basmati instead of mash potatoes - and sprinkle salt and pepper over green peas !
- Shepherds pie, pot pies, Cornish pasties, fish and chips.
- Huei QuachNovember 20, 2014$12 steak and mash on Wednesday- get the mushroom sauce- it's more buttery
- For ex-pats hankering for a full english bfast - you cant go wrong here. Closest thing to a greasy spoon in LA.
- Jared WeintraubDecember 29, 2012Don't order the bruschetta. It was soggy/mushy and didn't taste good. Beer is awesome and so is most of the food...just don't order the bruschetta
- Music was incredibly loud and when asked to turn it down a little, was told, "People paid for it." Unlike my lunch, I suppose? Service needs work.
- Patricia MastersNovember 23, 2011Is there more than one person working? We ordered drinks and an appetizer fifteen minutes ago and don't have anything.
- Beer Festivals are always weeks away @ Lucky Baldwins'. Come on down! Celebrate life.
- Shelly S.April 7, 2011The other LB's are better. I keep having a bad experience here with the wait staff. Service here is pretty terrible, and it's not fun.
