This place is an old favorite. But you have to go downstairs. Cocktails are awesome and great music.

Hang a sharp left right after the hostess stand and head downstairs to the basement bar. Warning: no cell service down there, so text while above ground.
Bacalhau tartar. Amazing. Pork and Chicken Dumplings fantastic. Blue Hawaiian Prawns delicious!
