A must for sashimi over rice. Ordered the 海鮮綜合dong that was really fresh and tasty. Order a 散飯 and you get to eat it like nigiri. Grill your own 海苔 too

Old bank transformed into a 3-story cafe restaurant, with an amazing ice cream shop on the ground floor. Many interesting flavors including multiple tea and coffee flavors as well as great toppings.
Recommended by many locals for their steamed buns. Buns are cheap and make for excellent snack food to-go for those headed to Taroko. Buns are good, but not special. 5NT per bun. Open 24H.
My favorite place for chirashi in Taipei. Neihu store is much less crowded than the original location. Cash only here. Fish is always fresh and delicious!
The seafood here is truly amazing. Go for the top level set menu (TWD 2280 / person) and you'll have the greatest seafood meal of your life.
Nice services with really good mozzarella chesse!! gnocchi was soft and chewy but personally I prefer a bit more chewy
The chicken is really quite spectacular. Served piping hot so be sure to use the thick gloves AND the plastic gloves to tear it to pieces

One of my favourite bakery in Taipei. Excellent sourdough, love the rum+raisins scones and drool worthy fig +chocolate cookie (the chewy kind). Can’t wait for the menu to be extended.
