deestivMarch 18, 2013Great hotel in an ideal location in the Quarter. Rooms are clean and comfortable, elevators are a bit rickety but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet in Bistreaux is top notch, too.

Not to many amenities for the price. Kinda felt like staying at a hampton inn with better beds.

The online reservation system is shotty they booked us a table on a day when the restaurant wasn't even open. We also booked three rooms and had issues getting them all next to each other on check in.

This is just like New Orleans Square at Disneyland. Great hotel!

Be aware: They charge your credit card $50 per night you are staying as soon as you check in! (they'll refund what you don't use)

Bala MullothNovember 27, 2010Nice stay and hotel but awful checkout service and valet. No system at all!- The sign says "Thank you for not smoking in the pool area," but they put out ashtrays. :-/
