- enjoy a meal outside while sidewalk people watching with your own bottle of vino (BYOB). if you need something on the fly, go to flatiron wines just a few doors north.
- A great spot for breakfast on the weekdays or a place to rest mid-day from errands in the area. Can't go wrong with avocado toast (with eggs in the am or crab in the pm).

- This place really well know for bread and pastries, not forget to mention it they have really good full menu as well. They have famous Niçoise salad, lamb cocotte and fig and goat cheese tartine.
