Their dollar oyster special is hard to beat. The entire menu (not just one type) of oysters are $1 from 4-7PM every weeknight!

Gigamoto and royal miyagi are my favorite oysters, if they happen to be on the menu. If you're not into absinthe, the St. Helena cocktail is amazing.

A little-known fact: Maison Premiere claims to have the world’s most accurate working replica of the absinthe fountain that once flowed in New Orleans. (Oh, and go for the Beausoleil bivalves.)

Super pretentious staff- told us it would be a 1.5 hr wait, took 20 min. Wouldn't let us sit outside even though there were plenty of empty tables the entire time we sat. Overpriced and overrated 👎🏽

The absinthe menu can be overwhelming... so try a frappe made with Delaware Phoenix or Integrity Trillium absinthe and you will be very happy...
