Madhouse airport depending on time of day. Give yourself a minimum of 2.5 hours for check-in. Lines can be outrageous early in the day, but they do move quickly.
Very nice modern airport.Lots of layers of security, especially for those leaving or entering the EU.Be prepared to wait to get through the secondary passport checkpoint when moving between terminals.
Very good smoothies. A little more on the juicy/liquid side vs iced. Otherwise great selection of flavors.
Very pretty with great views of Danube and Pest. Museum is closed on Monday’s. Take the Funicular from the base of the castle to the top. Cool little ride.
Interesting labyrinth with some history.The exhibits are a bit cheesy with wax figures.The portion of the maze that is completely dark can be little unnerving. But they have a rope along wall to guide

Decent Mexican food for a change. Although I’m sure we could teach them a few things about authentic Mexican good. Lively place and the wait staff is very friendly.
Good place to try some very good Austrian white wines from the Wachau Valley.
Beautiful setting in an area of the town that has a great vista. I believe only open several weeks a year to sell their wine from the last harvest.
Great museum! A lot of artifacts and paintings. From early Egyptian to Roman and upto 19th century. Something for everyone. Even have mummy’s on exhibit. Sculptures of all sizes are exquisite.
Beautiful palace! Very large garden grounds. No pictures allowed inside :( All of the rooms are decorated with period pieces from 17th-19th century Hapsburg And Napoleonic Eras.
Nice cafe with very friendly wait staff. Cappuccino excellent with a little cinnamon tasting cracker that is very flavorful with the cappuccino.
The airport is nice. But Austrian Air’s baggage lost area is not helpful. Pretty straight forward air terminals.
Beautiful Duomo. There are no skip the line passes or group tours. The church requires everyone to line up first come first serve. Lines start backing up an hour or more before opening.
Only a few shops here and one restaurant. There is a large slide exhibit that you can ride from the 4th floor. It is also an experiment
Nice restaurant located in the Piazza de Republica. Outdoor seating under large canopy. Tortellini was very good.
Nice square surrounded by some decent restaurants, street wares (leather and souvenirs) and stores. The Apple store is located here as well.
Decent food. Bruschetta and Lasagna was very good. As well as the roasted potatoes which were tasty!
Most beautiful vantage point in Florence. Crowded during the sunset so try to get there early. If walking it is an uphill climb so be prepared :) Well worth the view!
One of the best Gelaterias in Florence! Made fresh and recommended by local residents. Usually a line because it’s so good.

Leather school/works attached to the Basilica. All of the products made on the premises. Kind of pricey but very high quality. You can get all sorts of goods: purses, jackets,belts, wallets, etc...
Very beautiful Basilica with numerous luminaries buried there, including Michelangelo and Galileo to name a few. A lot more artwork and things to see than the Duomo and less crowded!No wait to get in.
Great cafe for breakfast if you want American style with eggs (scrambled, fried or omelettes) and bacon or ham. Very good service!
World famous. Fantastic sculptures and paintings throughout. Byzantine to Renaissance. Very large exhibit and one should take their time if they want to get full experience.
Great restaurant tucked away in alcove near the backside of the Duomo. Very friendly. Baked lasagna was fantastic and it was not pricey.
Great palace with several museums and a garden.Entrance to garden is separate.All kinds of artwork from renaissance to modern art through late 19th century. Caravaggio, Rubens and Rafael among others.
