My favorite chocolatiers. Expensive but these guys really know how to package their stuff. Love the paper wrappings as well as the taste of their chocolate flavours. Can be appreciated like wine.

Incredible single origin chocolate allows the chocolate to truly speak for itself—If you ever doubted the concept of 'terroir' in wine do yourself a favor and taste through the series. Mind blown.

The hot chocolate has deep bitter undertones and an effervescent body unlike most overly thick competitors. In less pretentious words: it's great.

Take the tour to learn how chocolate is made. Also, you get to eat freshly roasted cocoa, taste the non-alcoholic chocolate beer and sample different chocolate flavors.

$10 tour, not the best but you do sample several of their chocolates so it was a great way to taste test before you buy.

The Mast Brothers offerings just keep getting better. Their truffles and chocolate bars are only matched by their chocolate chip cookies and Stumptown brownies.
