One of Canada's top restaurants, great modern cuisine. For dessert, the infamous ''vert'', probably the best dessert I have ever tasted!
Never tried anything so delish! Go for the egg benedict on bacon, snails and chanterelles done in a foie gras sauce all topped on a puff pasty base! Mmm
Little sister restaurant to Alep: same great food, more casual ambience. Eat here before or after shopping at Marché Jean-Talon. It's across the street from Fromagerie Hamel.
Can't go wrong with the empanadas, but the churrasco is also delicious (although on the greasy side).

This place has the best vegetarian meat options I've tried in Montreal. I recommend Yellow Curry Beef, and the Crispy Mushrooms appetizer is insanely good, it's like crazy Thai wings or something.
